PROSPERING IN MARCH

Thomas Troward, whose writings contributed much to the New Thought Movement, wrote, "Having seen and felt the end, you have willed the means to the realization of the end." Begin with the end in mind! This refers to the remarkable power of the mind to create our life experrience according to our thought. As Ernest Holmes says in The Science of Mind, "All thought is creative, according to the nature, impulse, emotion or conviction behind the thought. It is the mental law of our being and the creative factor within us." That realization prompts us to ask ourselves the question, "Will I be happy with the result of what I'm thinking right now?" During March, our lessons will focus on paying attention to the kind of life experience, the kind of relationships, the kind of world, we are creating with our thought. The true meaning of the word "prosper", is "to go forward hopefully". This is our aim, and it includes our whole life experience....our spiritual as well as physical well-being, not simply in terms of money. The Universe in which we live is an affluent universe, full of Creative Substance. there exists unlimited good that is ours, according to our ability to accept it in consciusness.
